The 1930s facade of "La Villa 30" is a defining feature of the house, which was designed by architect Mr. Willoqueaux. Spread over five floors, each offering ample light and space, the house is home to devoted residents Fabien Saey and Jean Luc Dufrenne, who reside on the ground and first floors.

On the second floor, guests can enjoy breakfast in a beautiful room with a stunning view of the street facades. This room is also available for relaxation, reading, and gathering information about the town, including restaurant recommendations from the city maps and guidebooks provided.

The spacious rooms on the upper floors have all the modern amenities, including internet, WiFi, large LCD TVs with cable and international channels, and private bathrooms. Each room has its own private access.

"La Villa 30" creates a warm and elegant atmosphere, allowing guests to experience the serenity of the Flanders capital.
