Situated at the crossroads of three stunning regions, this cottage is the perfect base for exploring Pays de Loire, Brittany, and Normandy. Discover the enchanting Pontmain, a significant stop on the paths leading to Mont Saint Michel. Take a leisurely stroll through the picturesque Oblate Park, adorned with century-old trees and serving as the starting point for hiking trails. Admire the magnificent Mausson Castle, the Pontmain Basilica, or the medieval fortress of Fougeres.

Inside the cottage, you will find a well-equipped kitchen that opens up to a cozy living room with a sofa bed. There is also a toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are two single beds on the mezzanine, a bedroom with a double bed (160) and a crib, a shower room, and another toilet. Stay connected with the provided WIFI connection.

Outside, you will have an independent entrance and a private, fenced garden. Make use of the garden furniture, play a game of table tennis, or enjoy a barbecue. Additionally, there is a 20m² annex room available for storing bicycles and children's games. Small dogs are welcome upon request.
