The flat features a fully equipped kitchenette and a modern shower room. Bed linen and towels are provided, ensuring a hassle-free experience.
Our location is ideal, with the town center, train station, and bus terminal all within a pleasant 15-minute walk. Golf enthusiasts will find the nearest facilities just 1 km away, while the beautiful beaches of the French Riviera are a mere 15 km drive. Prepare to be mesmerized by the stunning panoramic views that surround our property.
For your convenience, parking is available, and there is the option to use our pool, subject to certain conditions. Additionally, baby sitting services can be arranged upon request. We kindly ask our guests to refrain from bringing animals and smoking on the premises.
Our friendly and multilingual staff can assist you in English, German, French, and Polish. Rental is available on a weekly basis, with rates as follows: 600 euros per week in July and August, 500 euros per week in June and September, and 450 euros per week during other months. A refundable deposit of 300 euros is required.

Golf enthusiasts will be pleased to know that there is a golf facility just 1 km away, while the beautiful beaches are a mere 15 km from our location, offering stunning panoramic views.Our self-contained ground floor flat has recently been renovated and is the perfect accommodation for up to 4 guests (baby cot available upon request). The flat features a fully equipped kitchenette and a modern shower room. We provide all bed linen and towels, ensuring a comfortable stay for our guests.
Parking is available for your convenience, and we also have a pool on the premises, subject to certain conditions. For those traveling with little ones, we offer baby sitting services upon request. Please note that our property does not allow animals and is strictly non-smoking.

Directions
To reach the destination, take the A8 (Aix, Nice) highway and take exit 42 for Cannes center and Mouans Sartoux, heading towards Grasse. On the expressway, take the fourth exit leading to Mouans Sartoux, then turn left at the roundabout. Follow the signs for 'Centre Ville' and 'Gare' (train station), and continue towards Valbonne/Plascassier along the road. The house can be found just 3 minutes away from the center of Mouans Sartoux.
