Located in Quillan, just a short drive south of Carcassonne in the Aude region, Apartment Bella Vista offers a comfortable and inviting residence. Situated only a five-minute walk from the town center, this apartment provides separate access and boasts a large south-facing panorama terrace that spans the entire width of the apartment, complete with a brick bbq for your convenience. Perched against a hill overlooking the town, Bella Vista offers breathtaking views of the valley and surrounding mountains. Additionally, just across the road from the house is a small railway where a charming one-carriage train passes three times daily to and from Carcassonne.The gîte itself is an 80m2 apartment situated on the second floor. The fully equipped kitchen includes a spacious fridge, microwave, 5-burner gas cooker, gas oven, coffee maker, kettle, and more. The living room features a dining table and comfortable sitting area, complete with a TV, CD player, books, reviews, and a radio. The two bedrooms are furnished with two single beds each, and all necessary linen and towels are provided. The bathroom is spacious and includes two sinks, a bath, and a walk-in shower, while the toilet is conveniently separate. A washing machine is also available for your use. Furthermore, the gîte offers a large garage and parking space in front of the house.

To reach your apartment from Carcassonne, follow the D118 road towards Quillan. Continue on this road until you reach the first traffic light, then make a right turn onto the D117 road towards Foix. After crossing the railway line, take a right onto Rue du dr. Roueylou. Your apartment is located at number 5.
