Embarking on a new venture, we have decided to take a different path in our career after successfully establishing two theme restaurants in Paris and Burgundy.

In 2005, we made the decision to purchase a family home in order to reconnect with our roots and start a fresh chapter in our lives. Prior to this, we had dedicated 30 years to the conservation profession in Paris, particularly in "Bourguignon du Marais," a restaurant we founded in 1992. The restaurant is now under the ownership of Philip Lalot, who ensures its continued success and showcases the beauty of Burgundy through the selection of wines on the menu.

Today, following extensive renovations both for the wine celebration and the addition of new buildings to enhance your comfort, we warmly welcome you to our estate for a delightful and enlightening stay.
