Welcome to our charming small independent house situated in the beautiful Brionnais region of Saone-et-Loire. With its lovely views of the nearby canal and the Loire River, this cottage provides a peaceful and idyllic setting for your vacation.

Accommodating up to 5 people, the cottage offers a comfortable and convenient stay. The ground floor features a cozy living room with a kitchen, a laundry room, and a toilet. On the first floor, you will find three connecting rooms. The first room includes a single bed and a double bed, while the second room offers a sofa bed and two cribs. The third room is furnished with two single beds. The cottage also includes amenities such as a TV, washing machine, dishwasher, and microwave. For added comfort, there is electric heating and a wood stove to keep you warm during colder months.

Outside, you can enjoy the enclosed green space with its lush lawns, barbecue area, garden furniture, terrace, and children's games. There are also two garages available for your convenience.
