Description for Gite
Located in the southern part of the Loire Valley, just a 2-hour drive from Paris, this charming 18th century cottage has recently undergone restoration and transformation into three comfortable holiday homes that can accommodate groups ranging from 6 to 30 people. For a group of up to 10 people, Pamoja Liptrap offers contemporary and bright spaces. Pamoja Touraine, with its traditional and charming design, is perfect for 2 to 6 people. Additionally, our newly built Pamoja Cooma can comfortably accommodate a group of 8 to 14 people.
The location is ideal, offering tranquility and a beautiful waterfront view of the Chemillé sur Indrois lake. Situated in front of the medieval church of Saint Vincent, it is also conveniently close to the famous Loire Valley chateaux and numerous vineyards. Furthermore, it is only a 2-hour drive from Paris, 1 hour and 30 minutes from the Futuroscope of Poitiers, and 3 hours from Disneyland Paris, the sea, or ski slopes.
The holiday homes boast spacious interiors and can be rented independently or combined, making them ideal for vacations with friends or family. Architect-designed floor plans and stylish furnishings ensure a comfortable stay. Pamoja Liptrap is wheelchair accessible, and guests can enjoy a pleasant 300-meter walk along the lake to access the beach, playground, boat rentals, restaurant, mini-golf, and fishing spots. Additionally, there is a convenient multi-purpose room available for meals, seminars, and gatherings.
These beautifully furnished holiday homes are equipped with modern amenities including baby gear, games, toys, books, and a baby-grand piano. Wi-Fi internet connection, barbecue facilities, outdoor furniture, tennis rackets, fishing rods, a pétanque game, a canoe, and two bicycles are also provided. Guests can also take advantage of various services such as organized meals, cooking lessons, wine tasting, babysitting, and guided tours.
Our vision for this house was to create an idyllic setting with generous spaces, a spacious garden, practical equipment, comfortable furniture, and pleasant lighting. Additionally, we incorporated a sustainable approach, including wheelchair access, rainwater harvesting, use of local raw materials, and the use of energy-efficient electrical appliances and lighting (Class A or A+). This project was brought to life by architects, a designer, and skilled craftsmen who combined their expertise to create a place where peace, comfort, design, and respect for others and nature converge.
"Pamoja", a word from Africa that represents togetherness, encapsulates our dream and your holiday home experience.
