Welcome to Le Clos Monthébert, a charming cottage nestled in the tranquil countryside. This converted farmhouse offers a peaceful retreat, surrounded by a one-hectare wooded and fenced park, creating a picturesque green oasis. The cottage is located in an annex to the owner's house, ensuring privacy and convenience.Upon entering the cottage, you will be greeted by a bright and spacious entrance hall. The authentic kitchen, adorned with rustic and modern charm, is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, including a hob, oven, large fridge, freezer, microwave oven, and dishwasher. The kitchen also features a dining area, perfect for enjoying meals with loved ones.
The large living-dining room exudes a flea market atmosphere, combining vintage elements with a touch of contemporary style. On the ground floor, you will find the Plantagenet room, featuring a comfortable 160 bed and a beautifully designed bathroom with an Italian shower, basin, and separate toilet. This spacious room is tastefully decorated in shades of gray and mauve, offering a serene view of the garden.
The Bocage room, also located on the ground floor, boasts a cozy ambiance with its rough stone walls and tiled floor. It features a double bed and a bathroom with an Italian shower, basin, and separate toilet. This room offers a mineral-inspired decor, providing a unique and tranquil atmosphere.
Upstairs, the 24 Hours Room awaits, accessible via a spiral staircase. This charming attic room offers two 90 cm beds that can be twinned into a comfortable 180 bed, as well as an additional 90 cm bed. The room features a bathroom with a bath, basin, walk-in shower, Italian toilet, and stunning views. It is ideal for a small family or a group of three individuals seeking privacy and comfort.
Linen and WIFI are provided in each room, and amenities such as flat-screen TVs, fans, and hairdryers are also available. During sunny days, guests can enjoy the enclosed garden and furnished terrace, perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation.
