The ground floor of the farmhouse has been transformed into three spacious and comfortable double rooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Each room also has its own separate entrance, located on different sides of the farmhouse. Smoking is not allowed in any of the rooms.Le Marche is a hidden gem, yet to be discovered by the masses of tourists. It is nestled between the Adriatic Sea and the Apennine mountains. Here, you will find everything that makes Italy special - picturesque villages, breathtaking natural landscapes, pristine beaches, delectable cuisine, and, of course, the renowned white Verdicchio wine. In summary, it offers all the ingredients for an unforgettable vacation.
Description for Gite
Located in the garden, you will discover a charming detached bungalow known as Oleandro. This delightful accommodation spans 48m² and is suitable for couples or families with one or two children. Inside, you will find two single beds that can be converted into a comfortable double bed, as well as a spacious sleeping couch. Additionally, the bungalow is equipped with a convenient washing machine for your use. Casa Oleandro also features its own private garden, designated parking space, and a breathtaking view of the picturesque hills. For an additional fee of €7.00 per person, you have the option to join other guests for a delicious breakfast at the farmhouse. Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in Oleandro, and any requests to bring animals must be approved in advance.Reviews

Travel Directions from Northern Italy:
To reach our Bed & Breakfast from Northern Italy, start by following the A1 towards Milan from Parma - Bologna. Continue on the A1 towards Bologna. Once you reach Bologna, take the A14 in the direction of Rimini - Ancona. Exit the A14 at Ancona Nord and continue on the SS76 towards Jesi, Fabriano, and Roma. After approximately 25 minutes, take the Mergo / Apiro exit. Turn right at the exit and follow the signs for Mergo. Proceed straight ahead and follow the road as it ascends the mountain. After about 10 minutes, you will pass through the village of Mergo. Keep following the road beyond the village. When you reach the T-junction after a kilometer, continue straight ahead (past a small church). Stay on the road towards Rosora, but immediately take the first left onto Via Panocchia. After a little over one kilometer, you will see a sign for "Casa dei Colli" on the right, which leads to our Bed & Breakfast.

Turn right onto Osteria del Gatto and follow the SS76 in the direction of Fabriano and Ancona. Take the Mergo / Apiro exit. Turn right at the exit and follow the signs for Mergo. Continue straight ahead on the road as it ascends the mountain. After approximately 10 minutes, you will pass through the village of Mergo. Keep following the road beyond the village.
