Located in the peaceful residential area of Saint-Jean, just 9 km from the center of Toulouse and its famous Place du Capitole, this charming studio offers a tranquil retreat. With easy access to main roads and public transportation, it is conveniently situated opposite an oak wood. The studio is attached to the owners' house, but has a separate entrance and parking in front.Measuring 18m2, the studio is furnished with a comfortable 140 cm wide convertible sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchenette, and a convenient wardrobe for clothes. The separate bathroom features a spacious shower, washbasin, and toilet. All necessary equipment and dishes are provided for a pleasant stay.
Additional amenities include a flat screen TV with Free channels, WIFI internet connection, and the option to use a Macbook laptop free of charge. On sunny days, guests can enjoy the small private terrace in front of the studio, allowing them to savor the Southwest's gentle climate.
Sheets and towels are provided, and regular cleaning service is included. For an extra fee, guests have access to a washing machine for their laundry needs. Smoking is not allowed inside the rental, but a table, chair, and ashtray are provided outside.
An optional breakfast can be arranged at an additional cost.

Une petite halte à Toulouse, fort agréable ! L'accueil de la propriétaire est chaleureux, la chambre fort confortable et le petit déjeuner copieux. La formule "en toute liberté" nous a séduit, nous recommandons sans probléme !!!
Directions
To reach your destination, take exit 14 on the Toulousian ring peripheral and follow the signs for Albi on the RN88. Drive through the municipality of the Union and enter Saint Jean. Once you reach the first set of traffic lights in Saint Jean, located at the top of the hill, turn right onto the first street (where you will see a business called "Meat" at the corner of the street). You are now on Wood of Saget Road. Continue driving for 700 meters until you reach number 41 (opposite the oak wood). You have arrived at your destination.
