The cottage boasts a delightful flower garden and a lovely terrace, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. Inside, you will find a spacious living room measuring 45m², a kitchen complete with a cozy fireplace, and a separate TV room equipped with games for children. The first floor of the cottage features three inviting bedrooms, as well as a bathroom and an additional WC for your convenience.
