This charming cottage offers a separate entrance, a lovely garden, convenient parking, and a terrace with comfortable garden furniture. Additionally, guests can enjoy the pleasure of an above ground pool during their stay.Inside, the cottage boasts a fully equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher, oven, five burners, microwave, and a fridge/freezer. The dining room is equipped with a TV and DVD player for entertainment.
There are three cozy double bedrooms, one of which includes a sink and shower. The cottage also features two separate bathrooms with independent showers, two toilets, a washing machine, and two small annexes. Each annex includes a single bed and a mezzanine with a sofa and a library.
To ensure a hassle-free start to your stay, all beds will be made upon your arrival, and towels will be provided in the bathrooms.
With a location just 45 minutes from the sea, 1.5 hours from the mountains, and close to Spain, this cottage offers the perfect opportunity to explore various destinations and enjoy a truly memorable vacation.

To reach Dax from Bordeaux, follow the expressway until you reach Dax Amou, which is approximately 30 kilometers away. From there, continue towards Pomarez Amou and take the exit for Management Hagetmau. Turn right onto the second road and continue for 400 meters. You will then arrive at your destination.
