We offer three comfortable rooms that can accommodate 1 to 4 people, catering to the specific needs of our valued customers. Additionally, there is a shared common room on the ground floor where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea while browsing through our collection of books and regional information. Our guests are also welcome to relax in the garden, take a dip in the pool, or explore the peaceful surroundings of our 3-acre oak wood. To start your day, we serve a continental breakfast made with local ingredients in the conservatory or in the garden, weather permitting. For entertainment, we provide a pool table and a piano in the house. Other amenities include private parking, WiFi access, and a non-smoking policy. We gladly accept pets upon request, subject to an additional charge.

Description for Gite

The cottage rental encompasses three bedrooms and the ground floor living area. It has its own independent entrance, although it is situated within the same farmhouse as our main house. The kitchen area is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and all necessary kitchenware. Guests have open access to the pool and billiard room. Please note that weekend rentals are available throughout the year, except during the summer period and school holidays.

Directions

To get to Le Mas de Briquepierre, follow these travel directions: Take exit 17 on the ring road of Toulouse and follow the signs for Quint Fonsegrives. From there, proceed towards Lanta / Caraman. Once you pass through the village of Lanta, keep going towards Caraman. After approximately 5 km, you will find Le Mas de Briquepierre on your left.
