The cottage features a bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm) and another bedroom with three single beds (90x190cm). There are two bathrooms, both equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet. The cottage is also wheelchair accessible.

Guests can enjoy the outdoor amenities, including a heated 10x5 swimming pool, a pool table, and a ping-pong table. There is also a designated barbecue area for outdoor cooking.

The location of the cottage is ideal, situated in the beautiful Isle Valley and close to the greenway, forest, and the river L'Isle. This makes it perfect for engaging in various sports activities and exploring the surrounding region. The city of Périgueux is only a 10-minute drive away, while Bergerac is 40 minutes away and Sarlat is an hour away. The A89 highway is easily accessible within 10 minutes. Directions

To reach Périgueux, take the exit 14 (St Astier) on the A89 motorway. Then, proceed on the D6089 road. Upon reaching Razac fire, make a complete right turn towards the town.
