Description for B&B:
We are located in the Limousin region, close to two medieval towns and a fascinating tourist area that includes ancient caves, Roman cities, lakes, and rivers for water sports and fishing. Landmarks and major cities are just a short drive away, with easy access to the motorway that leads south to Breve. Our location is ideal for a stopover or as a base for exploring the center of France, as we are halfway between Paris and Toulouse and only six hours' drive from Calais. Our rooms are simple and clean, equipped with Wi-Fi, TV, welcome tray, towels, and work surfaces with connections for your computers and phones. The showers are shared between three rooms, and there are toilets and showers available in the house if needed. We have a strict no-smoking policy, but provide a smoking shelter in the park and designated smoking areas around the grounds and next to the snack bar. Our snack bar is open daily from 10:00 until the last customer is served, and the restaurant is open throughout the day. Breakfast can be enjoyed inside the house or outside in the restaurant. Tent reservations are also available. We offer accommodation near the house with three bedrooms, consisting of two double beds and a set of bunk beds (sleeps 6). Prices for the house can be found on our website. Payment can be made by card through our website's payment page using PayPal, or by check, direct payment from your phone to our account, or cash. We accept pets but require full responsibility for their actions, and there may be an extra cleaning charge. Dogs must be kept on a leash for the comfort of others. We have musical instruments available and often have informal evenings with singing in the house or outside around a fire. We also have local handmade jewelry available for purchase at our snack bar. You are welcome to visit our gentle Icelandic horses, as well as our chickens and two cats (who have a tendency to chase after the chickens!). Parking is available without the need for reservations. Reservations can be made by phone and confirmed with a deposit payment of 50 euros per night or for longer bookings, through check or PayPal on our website lescinqroutesbbcom. We speak French and English, and can manage a few words in German. For more information, please contact us through our website, phone, text, or email. We look forward to welcoming you soon.Description for Gite

The showers are shared between three bedrooms, and additional toilets and showers are available in the house if needed. Please note that we have a strict no smoking policy, but we provide a smokers shelter in the grounds along with tables where smoking is permitted.
Our snack bar is open all day, starting from around 10 am until the last customer is served. If you prefer a sit-down meal, our restaurant is also open throughout the day, and you can enjoy breakfast either inside the house or outside in the restaurant. We also offer tent accommodation by reservation.
Near the house, we have a separate accommodation with three bedrooms that can accommodate up to six people, featuring two double beds and one set of bunk beds. Please refer to the prices listed on our website for the gite accommodation. Payment can be made conveniently using our website's payment page, which accepts card payments via PayPal. Pets are welcome, but we kindly request that you take full responsibility for them and their actions. While there is usually no charge for animals, we may apply an additional cleaning fee if necessary. For the comfort of all guests, dogs must be kept on a lead, as some guests may have dog phobias. We also have local produce for sale and handmade individual jewelry available from Valerie in the snack bar.
