This newly built villa is located just 3 or 4 km away from the beautiful sea and only 1 km from the historic medieval village of BIOT in the Côte d'Azur. BIOT is well-known for its glassware and Marineland, and is conveniently situated between the popular cities of Antibes, Monaco, Nice, and Cannes.This charming Provencal villa spans across two levels and offers a comfortable living space of 160 sqm. Surrounded by a lush garden filled with ancient olive trees, the property sits on a spacious 1500 sqm plot. Although there is no swimming pool, guests can enjoy a serene view of the nearby hills and a peaceful environment.
Upstairs, there are two well-maintained bedrooms and a bathroom, with a separate entrance for added privacy. The rooms are equipped with a small fridge, and an attic serves as a library for book lovers. Guests can also benefit from amenities such as WIFI, housekeeping services, and fresh linen and towels provided in the bathroom.
Guests have free access to the villa's terrace, garden, and barbecue facilities, with reasonable usage hours in mind. Additionally, a homemade breakfast is included in the stay, consisting of delicious homemade jams, yogurt, fruits, coffee, milk, and tea.
