It is conveniently located near Versailles and Rambouillet, within the beautiful Regional Natural Park of the Chevreuse Valley. The cottage is also in close proximity to the magnificent Château de Breteuil and its expansive 80-hectare park.DESCRIPTION: The cottage offers a delightful and comfortable stay, situated in a standalone house with a small garden. On the ground floor, you'll find a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, a spacious living room with a TV lounge area, and a well-appointed kitchen that includes a double sink, a ceramic 4-burner stove with an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave oven, storage cabinets, kitchen utensils, and dishes. There is also a cozy breakfast area for your convenience.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: one with a double bed, another with two single beds plus a sofa bed suitable for a child, and a smaller room with a single bed. Additionally, there is a toilet and a bathroom on this floor. On the second floor, under the roof, you'll find a charming small apartment with a kitchenette (including a microwave and a refrigerator) and a dining area. There is also a shower room, a toilet, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and a lounge area.
The cottage provides internet access and is conveniently serviced by a bus network to Rambouillet and the Chevreuse RER station, which offers direct access to Paris from Saint Remy les Chevreuse. Situated near the park and the magnificent Breteuil Castle, spanning 80 hectares, guests will have plenty of natural beauty to explore.The lodging features a lovely garden where you can relax and enjoy the surroundings. Inside, you will find all the necessary amenities for a convenient stay. The ground floor includes an entrance/utility room with a washing machine, a cozy lounge with a TV, stereo, and internet access, and a well-equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and oven. There is also a breakfast area for your convenience.
On the first floor, you will find three bedrooms: one with a double bed, another with two single beds and a sofa, and the third with a single bed. There is also a separate toilet and a bathroom.
The second floor, nestled under the roof, offers a pleasant loft area with a kitchenette (including a microwave, 2-plate hob, oven, and fridge), a dining area, and a TV lounge area. There is also a shower room and an additional toilet. The sleeping arrangements on this floor consist of one 140 cm bed and one single bed measuring 90 cm.
Outside, you can take advantage of the garden, parking area, and grill for some outdoor relaxation and dining.
