This spacious apartment of 95m² can accommodate a maximum of 6 people and is located on the first floor of a house.

Situated only 25 km away from Ajaccio and 2 km from the river, it offers a convenient and peaceful location.

The apartment features two large bedrooms, measuring 17 and 19 sqm respectively, with comfortable double beds (140x190) and each bedroom opens onto a spacious terrace.

There is also a separate room with twin beds (90x200), which can also accommodate a baby cot if needed.

The living room is furnished with a high-quality sofa bed (140x190) and offers a cozy space to relax.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a washing machine, and there is a separate toilet.

For your convenience, there is an American kitchen that comes fully equipped with a dishwasher, electric oven, gas hob, and microwave.

The living/dining room includes a TV for your entertainment.

Step outside onto the large terrace, covering 38 sqm, where you can enjoy barbecue meals while admiring the beautiful view of the surrounding mountains.

Private parking is available for your convenience, and we accept checks as payment.

Additionally, linens are provided free of charge, and there is an option for end-of-stay cleaning for an additional fee of 50 euros.
