The walls and floor are beautifully adorned with white and terracotta mosaic tiles. Furnished with two single beds (80 cm x 210 cm), a table, and two chairs, the room also offers central heating. An extra bed can be arranged upon request. Located in the main building, the room is adjacent to the communal Salon Rouge (Red Room).Blue Room (Chambre Bleu): Immerse yourself in the beauty of this tastefully decorated blue room. Adorned with a wooden floor and Moroccan-inspired details, it offers a serene ambiance. The room boasts a stunning mosaic bathroom with an original tiled bathtub and toilet. We have a charming gîte available for your stay, perfect for two to four people. The gîte features a separate kitchen, allowing you to cater for yourself during your visit. Additionally, we have a studio with a kitchenette, ideal for two to three people. Both accommodations offer a terrace with a lovely view of our beautiful garden. You can relax on the garden furniture and even enjoy a barbecue if you wish. Stay connected with our free WIFI available in the Salon Rouge.Our gîte and studio are situated in a separate wing of the main building, ensuring your privacy with its own private entrance. You will be delighted by the Mediterranean-style decor, featuring terracotta and mustard colored walls, as well as wooden floors. The apartment is rented as an independent unit, allowing you to enjoy a self-catering experience. You can unwind on the veranda while admiring the garden view.
The layout of the apartment is as follows: a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining table and a comfortable sitting area. There is also a sofa bed available, accommodating two additional guests. Through a connecting door, you will find the spacious living/bedroom with two single beds measuring 80 cm x 210 cm. This room has its own private bathroom with a shower and toilet. To make your stay even more convenient, we provide essential groceries in the refrigerator, and the beds will be made upon your arrival. Fresh towels are also included.
If you require laundry facilities, we are happy to provide access to our washer and dryer upon request. Rest assured that all the mentioned extras are included in the price of your stay.

Une masure de caractère, des arpents de verdure, un chouïa de zenitude, des hôtes bien sympatiques - tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un très agréable séjour.

septembre 2013, nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette charmante fermette restaurée avec goût avec des hôtes fort sympathiques qui connaissent le coin et les bonnes adresses, ne pas hésiter à rencontrer Caroline et Charles dans ce coin calme et réconfortant du Gers, belle région à découvrir.
Directions
To reach Domaine A Marmande from Paris, follow the signs for Bordeaux/Nantes. Continue following these signs until you reach the A10. Take the A10 and follow the signs for Orleans. Stay on the A10 until you reach Orleans. At the intersection of different highways, keep following the signs for Orleans and Orleans Centre/Vierzon/Limoges, which will lead you onto the A71. After approximately 80 km (50 mi) around Vierzon, take the direction towards Limoges/Toulouse, which is the A20. Drive for about 400 km (250 mi) until you are near Montauban, where you should exit the freeway at exit number 65, following the signs for Agen/Auch.
Continue straight on the next two roundabouts, following the directions for Agen/Auch/Tarbes. After 700 m (1/2 mile), make a left turn at the traffic lights towards Montech. This road is the D928, which you will follow until you reach Auch. In Auch, take the direction towards Tarbes on the N21. Cross the water and take a left towards Mirande. Continue following the signs for Tarbes/Mirande on the N21. Once you reach Mirande, go left towards Tarbes, then take a left towards Berdoues on the D939.
In Berdoues, after passing the little square at the Mairie (City Hall), take a right. After approximately 500 m (1/4 mi), take a left at the intersection. After 400 m (1/4 mi), take a right, which is the third driveway, and you will have arrived at Domaine A Marmande.
Domaine A Marmande is approximately a 90-minute drive from Toulouse Blagnac Airport.
