proprietaire intrusif ,se sent chez lui meme dans la chambre , tres mauvais contact , etat des lieux avec presence d'un huissier ....

ne répond jamais aux appels téléphoniques, attend d'avoir un message sur le répondeur pour rappeler. c'est vraiment un manque de courtoisie.
ce jour-là, mon véhicule est une petite camionnette.. surprise du gérant qui me fait une remarque sur mon véhicule...
gérant un peu intrusif qui débarque à l'heure du seul repas que nous avons pris dans le gîte.
stationnement un peu acrobatique en regard du nombre de véhicules (personnels) du gérant.
'atelier de mécanique' à la vue des locataires.
entretiens extérieurs qui laissent beaucoup à désirer. le gîte loué ne voit pas le soleil à cause de l'épaisseur des arbres, c'est donc très sombre.
étonnement du gérant au moment de notre départ : ' vous n'avez pas profité de la piscine'. et pour cause, la piscine était bâchée !
caution de 400 pour 4 jours que je suis obligé de réclamer. suel locataire à ce moment, le gérant ne se rappelle plus de mon nom.
état des lieux au moment du départ digne d'une inspection de casernement. à compter les petites cuillères !
nous avons déjà loué moins cher, à prestations supérieures, et sans ce climat de suspicion....
un certain mal être bien que nous partions tous les jours le matin vers 11h pour rentrer vers 22-23h.
j'ai retiré cette adresse de ma liste dhébergement.
je dispose de multiples photos étayant mes dires sur l'environnement.
