Situated in a peaceful village within the picturesque town of Mandeville en Bessin, this property offers a tranquil countryside setting. Additionally, it boasts convenient proximity to both the town of Bayeux (only a fifteen-minute drive away) and the sparkling sea (just 10 minutes away). Surrounded by a beautiful orchard of sixty apple trees and grazing sheep, the house and cottage have been tastefully renovated. The restoration highlights the local stone and traditional architecture, complemented by a sophisticated and understated decor, all with the aim of providing our guests with a truly restful and comfortable stay.

The ground floor of the cottage features a spacious living room with a dining area that can comfortably accommodate 14 guests. There is also a cozy lounge area equipped with a TV and DVD player, which opens up to a modern kitchen. Additionally, there is a convenient shower room and a separate WC on this level.

Upstairs, you will find four charming bedrooms. "The sea" bedroom includes a double bed (140cm), a single bed (90cm), and a baby cot. "The swamp" bedroom offers a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm). The "forest" bedroom features a double bed (140cm), while the fourth bedroom offers two single beds (90cm) that can be easily joined together. There is also a bathroom with a toilet on this floor.

Outside, the cottage boasts a lovely terrace furnished with garden furniture, parasols, and a barbecue, providing the perfect space for outdoor dining and relaxation. Additionally, there is a garden shed equipped with deckchairs and games for children.
