Welcome to Gîte "Le Clos de la Bodice," a spacious house that can accommodate 12 people, located in the heart of the beautiful Loire Valley chateaux.With a generous living room of 65m² featuring a cozy fireplace and a round dining table for 12, a fully equipped kitchen of 15m², and 6 comfortable bedrooms ranging from 10 to 18m², this gîte offers ample space and comfort for your family or friends' holiday. It also includes 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, and underfloor heating for added convenience.
Outside, you will find a lovely landscaped garden of 5000m², complete with a 50m² swimming pool, a 24m² covered barbecue area, and parking facilities.
Our rates include bed linen, towels, heating, firewood, and electricity. The only additional cost is a mandatory cleaning fee of €95. Please note that weekend stays are available from September to March.
