Situated within a vast property, the Moulin de Saint-Germain provides a serene retreat near a picturesque trout stream and nestled on the outskirts of a tranquil forest. The Miller's Cottage, a detached house with an adjoining barn, occupies the charming old miller's dwelling, opposite the landlord's residence. Spanning across two floors, the ground floor encompasses a fully equipped kitchen that seamlessly flows into the inviting living area. Ascend to the first floor to discover a cozy bedroom furnished with two 120cm beds, accompanied by a spacious bathroom featuring a toilet. The second floor offers another bedroom, adorned with a 140cm bed, a 120cm bed, and a 90cm bed. Electric heating and wood (priced at 35 euros per cubic meter) ensure a comfortable stay. The large open garden, fringed by the meandering river, provides a scenic backdrop (note: the garden is not protected). Convenient parking facilities are available. Additionally, we offer a smaller cottage measuring 35 m2, perfect for 2 to 3 guests. This cottage, located in the adjacent barn on the first floor, features a generous bedroom furnished with a 160cm bed. On the ground floor, a compact yet functional open kitchen integrates with a cozy space equipped with a TV, a single bed (90cm), and a bathroom complete with a toilet. Opposite the cottages, a separate guest house awaits, boasting a bathroom, a toilet, and a tastefully furnished living room set within the historic Mill Bread Oven.Reviews
