We offer the rental of guest rooms with breakfast included. Our accommodations feature four beautifully furnished rooms, each with air conditioning and its own private bathroom. The rooms include the Marans Room with a 180cm bed, the Faverolles Room with a 140cm bed, the Gâtinaise Room with a 180cm bed, and the Wyandotte Family Room with a 180cm bed and two 90cm beds.

All of our guest rooms are equipped with amenities such as a hairdryer, toiletries, towels, and WIFI access. If desired, individual beds can be arranged upon booking, except for the Faverolles Room. Additionally, a complimentary baby cot is available upon request.

Outside, our guests have exclusive access to an enclosed courtyard furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue (charcoal not provided). Please note that a tourist tax of 0.88 per person per day will be added to the total cost.

Check-in time is from 5 p.m., and check-out time is before 10:30 a.m. As part of your stay, a continental breakfast is included. However, if you would like to reserve a charcuterie/cheese board for an additional cost of 30 for two people, please inform us at least two days in advance.

We warmly welcome well-behaved and clean pets at no extra charge.

COTTAGE RENTAL FOR 10 PEOPLE

Experience a comfortable stay at our spacious cottage, which can accommodate up to 10 people. The house features a generous 60 m2 living room, complete with a fully equipped kitchen providing a fridge, microwave, oven, stove, washing machine, and dishwasher. To help you explore our beautiful region, we also offer various informative documents.

Upstairs, you will find four exquisitely furnished, air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. The rooms are named Marans, Faverolles, Gâtinaise, and Wyandotte. The capacity of "LaKey des Champs" consists of three bedrooms for two people and one bedroom for four people. If needed, individual beds can be arranged upon request, except for the Faverolles room. We also provide a complimentary baby cot.

Outside, our guests have access to a charming enclosed courtyard with garden furniture and a barbecue (charcoal is not provided). This serene space is perfect for relaxation and outdoor gatherings.

The price of your stay includes bed linen, cleaning service, and an electricity allowance of 8kWh per day. Please note that there is a tourist tax of 1.65 euros per person per day. Towels are available upon request for an additional fee of 5 euros per person.

For heating, a pellet stove is provided, and one bag of pellets per night is included. Additional bags can be obtained for 6 euros each in case of excessive usage.

Check-in time is from 4 p.m., and check-out is before 10 a.m. If you require a late departure until 6 p.m., please notify us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.

We warmly welcome well-behaved and clean pets. A daily supplement of 5 euros per animal will be charged.

Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires. Nous avons passé un week-end agréable, proche de Beaune. Accès facile et nuit au calme malgré la proximité de la route.

Directions

If you are coming from Paris or Lyon, take the Beaune center exit and at the first roundabout, take a right. At the second roundabout, take another right and continue on the D973 for 6 km. Look for the second house on the left after passing the 70 km/h sign.

If you are coming from Seurre, simply stay on the D973. After passing the 70 km/h sign, you will find the first house on the right after the intersection.
