You can even enjoy a motorcycle ride during spring or summer, as the famous Stanislas Square, museums, the city center, old town, restaurants, theaters, the Botanical garden, tropical greenhouse, and ski runs are all within a 10-minute drive.

This apartment is located in a charming small co-ownership, nestled in the heart of a private park. All the rooms and lounges have direct access to a spacious terrace and a private garden. The highway A31 can be reached in just 5 minutes, and the historic city center and old town are also within a 5-minute drive.

The bedroom is equipped with WiFi and features a comfortable king-size bed, a spacious dressing room, a table with an iron, as well as towels and bathrobes. You will also find a comprehensive collection of Nancy and regional guidebooks and information. Upon request, I can assist with reservations for cinemas, restaurants, theaters, concerts, and more.

In the living room, there is a Casparof chessboard for enthusiasts, and the lounge offers the ultimate comfort with a large sofa and a plasma screen TV.
