Welcome to the Bretons Nantais house! Our cozy 28 m² property, built in 2013, is located just 10 minutes away from the city center of Nantes. Situated near the Pont Rousseau station, a shopping street, and the tranquil river Sevre, our house offers a peaceful retreat that is hidden from the bustling street. As you enter through the blue gate, you'll find a common garden filled with aromatic and medicinal plants. The front door opens to a bright south-facing living room. To the right, you'll find a discreet and fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. The living area features a comfortable 2-seater sofa and a coffee table, as well as a flat screen TV, telephone, wifi connection, and a stereo system for your entertainment. A separate office space leads to the toilet and a bathroom with an Italian shower. The staircase near the front door takes you to the mezzanine sleeping area, furnished with a 160x200 bed and a clock radio. The cottage can accommodate 2 people, with a cot available upon request for a baby. We provide all necessary amenities, including towels, linens, and basic household products. Additionally, we offer a parking space within 100 m of the residence. Our friendly staff is fluent in English and German, ensuring a smooth communication experience. If desired, a delicious breakfast basket can be provided for an additional fee of 6 per person. The city center of Nantes is easily accessible, just a 10-minute tram ride away, while the airport and Nantes station are only 15 minutes away.
