This charming house is part of a joint ownership with two other houses, and it offers breathtaking views of the Loue River in Ornans. With a spacious area of 110m² spread over two floors, this house can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. Access to the property is easy, with only 8 exterior stairs leading to a separate entrance.Upon entering, you will be greeted by a grand hall that leads to a well-equipped kitchen, which opens onto a balcony. The living room also opens onto a balcony and a terrace, where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. For added comfort, there is a wood stove and a convertible sofa bed that can accommodate 2 additional guests.
The ground floor also features a shower room with a toilet. Moving upstairs, you will find three bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed (1.60m), another with a double bed (1.40m), and the third with two single beds (0.90m). A baby cot is also available. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a toilet on this floor.
Outside, you can make use of the garden furniture and barbecue, perfect for enjoying meals al fresco. Bed linen is provided, and maid service can be arranged upon request. Pets are welcome to join you during your stay.
This house boasts an exceptional location in the heart of the Loue Valley, offering magnificent views of the river. Amenities such as a TV, washing machine, and dishwasher are also provided for your convenience.
