The Margotière is a traditional Breton house that offers independence and comfort. With a spacious area of 70 m2 and a charming garden of 700 m2, it is conveniently located near the beautiful Ria d'Etel.This accommodation is perfect for a group of 4 people, and there is an extra bed available for children if needed. On the ground floor, you will find a cozy lounge with a comfortable sofa and a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare meals with ease. Additionally, there is a separate bathroom and toilet for your convenience, as well as storage space.
Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms. One bedroom features a double bed measuring 140 x 190 cm, while the other bedroom offers two single beds measuring 90 x 190 cm each. This ensures a comfortable and peaceful night's sleep for everyone.
The Margotière offers complete independence, whether you choose to stay for a night or a week. To make your stay even more enjoyable, we provide breakfast essentials such as coffee, tea, orange juice, jam, and butter. Linen is also provided, and the beds will be prepared for your arrival.
In terms of amenities, the kitchen is brand new and includes a washing machine for your convenience. A TV is also available for entertainment. The rest of your stay is entirely up to you, with no time constraints.
