This countryside cottage is perfect for hikers, mountain bikers, fishermen, hunters, families, and fans looking to relax in a privileged location. It serves as a great starting point for numerous hiking trails.Located close to the owners' home, the cottage is situated on the upper floor (with laundry and recreational equipment storage on the ground floor). It offers a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with a sofa bed for two people (140), two bedrooms (one with a double bed (140) and the other with a double bed (140) and two bunk beds (90)), a private bathroom with a toilet, and balcony access.
The cottage is equipped with electric heating and a fireplace for added warmth and comfort. It includes complete cookware, a microwave, a gas cooker, a mini oven, a fridge freezer, and a dishwasher washing machine.
For entertainment, there is a TV, a DVD player, various games, a library, and video games. A mobile phone card is also available upon request.
Outside, the cottage features a closed courtyard, a covered terrace, garden furniture, and a barbecue area.

To get to the destination, follow these travel directions:

2. Starting from Mazamet, head towards Béziers on road 112.
3. Before leaving Mazamet, take a left turn towards Pont de l'Arn.
4. Then, turn right onto road D 54, going towards Angles / Brassac.
5. Travel for approximately 6 kilometers and make a left turn towards Marican - Mas de la Borie.
