Maison Du Montitier, located in Normandy, is a charming holiday Gite managed by James and Jacqueline Cunningham, originally from Cumbria in the northwest of England. Recently renovated, this Gite is a converted barn that offers two spacious bedrooms, each with its own en suite facilities. Guests can enjoy modern amenities such as satellite TV, DVD player, CD player, radio, and Wi-Fi, all while taking in breathtaking panoramic views of Le Mont St Michel. For those who prefer a bed and breakfast experience, this option is also available. With the capacity to comfortably accommodate eight people, the Gite provides a travel cot and highchair if needed.

Conveniently located just four minutes away from the historic Le Mont St Michel, Maison Du Montitier is situated on the border of the picturesque region of Bretagne. Nearby towns like Avranche and Pontorson offer a variety of excellent shops and restaurants to explore. For beach lovers, Cancale is a short 40-minute drive away, known for its beautiful beaches and renowned for its delectable mussels and oysters.

In addition to its interior comforts, the Gite features a lovely patio area perfect for alfresco dining, as well as a spacious and secure garden where children can play. Maison Du Montitier is also licensed to serve evening meals and drinks, providing guests with added convenience and enjoyment.

Furthermore, there is an additional one-bedroom Gite located in the charming village of Servon, just 7km away from Le Mont St Michel and 3km from our main house. With an open plan living and dining area on the ground floor, this smaller Gite is ideal for two to five people.
