Advance Payment:
A 30% deposit is required for all reservations.

Balance Payment:
The remaining balance can be paid in cash or by check. Please note that we do not accept credit card payments. Thank you for your understanding.

Cancellation Policy:
In the event of cancellation less than 30 days prior to your stay, the total amount of the deposit will be retained.

Early Departure:
If you need to interrupt your stay or fail to show up, the total amount of the stay will be charged.

Restrictions:
The Manoir de L'Esplanade is a place of tranquility and serenity.

No Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited in both the manor and the rooms.

Adults Only:
The manor is not suitable for children under the age of 18.

Exclusive Access:
Access to the manor, park, and pool is reserved for guests during their stay.

No Pets:
Unfortunately, we do not allow animals on the premises.

No Extra Beds:
We regret to inform you that extra beds are not available.

No Table d'Hôte:
Please note that we do not offer dining services at the manor. However, there are restaurants nearby.

Picnic Baskets:
