Located on a stunning 2-acre property along the picturesque river Dordogne, this estate offers a variety of accommodations for a comfortable and memorable stay. There are three self-catering holiday homes that can sleep up to six guests each, as well as four charming B&B rooms. For families with young children, there is a separate pool specifically designed for toddlers. Additionally, guests have the option to stay in a cozy witch cabin or a charming gypsy wagon, both accommodating up to two people.

Surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens with mature trees, the estate provides outdoor toys and activities for guests to enjoy. Inside, there is a piano bar complete with a grand piano and a terrace where visitors can relax and unwind. The property remains comfortably warm throughout the year and is open to visitors all year round.

Le Coustaty can accommodate groups of up to 30 people, with a common indoor area of approximately 150 square meters. Situated in the heart of the Black Perigord region, the estate is just a short distance from popular attractions such as Beynac, St Cyprien, and Sarlat. Guests will have easy access to various points of interest, including Les Milandes, Castelnaud, Les Eyzies, La Roque St Christophe, Les Jardins de Marqueyssas, and Le Gouffre de Proumeyssac.

Description for Gite

The bed and breakfast accommodations, which can accommodate up to 2, 3, or 4 guests respectively, each have their own private shower room and WC. Additionally, guests have access to a dedicated kitchen and living room with a TV.

For the unique Witch cabin and gypsy wagon accommodations, bed linen and breakfast are included in the stay. These accommodations have a shower room and WC located in the poolhouse.

The holiday houses, which can accommodate 2, 4, or 6 people, come with a fully equipped kitchen, a terrace with garden furniture, and a barbecue facility.

Directions

To reach our location, you have several options:
- If you prefer to travel by airplane, you can fly to Bergerac, Brives, or Périgueux airport.
- Alternatively, you can take a train to St Cyprien railway station, which is only 5km away.
- If you prefer to drive, you can take the A20 motorway from Paris to Toulouse or the A89 motorway from Lyon to Bordeaux.
Once you are on the road D703 along the beautiful Dordogne River, between Beynac & Cazenac and Saint Cyprien, keep an eye out for the sign that says "PORT DENVEAUX, Rivière Dordogne". Turn right at the sign that says "Le Coustaty" to reach our destination.
