This spacious cottage is 143 m2 and can accommodate up to 6 guests with three generously sized bedrooms. It is conveniently located at 4 Aillianville Road in Lafauche, offering a peaceful retreat away from the guest room.With its charming stone construction and exposed beams, this typical house exudes a warm and inviting atmosphere. Situated at the base of the majestic Lafauche Castle, the cottage boasts remarkable views of the surrounding nature. The authenticity of this place creates an ideal environment for relaxation and rejuvenation.
The interior of the cottage is carefully designed to ensure your comfort and convenience. On the ground floor, you will find a well-equipped kitchen and dining area, a cozy living room with a fireplace, two bedrooms (one with a queen-sized bed and the other with two single beds), a shower room, and a toilet. Additionally, there is a lovely veranda with garden furniture, as well as an outdoor terrace complete with more garden furniture and a barbecue.
Upstairs, there is a mezzanine lounge area and another bedroom with a queen-sized bed. Adjacent to the cottage is a private garden with a library, which is enclosed for your privacy. You also have the option to utilize the orchard for additional space. Parking is available and secured on the premises.
