Welcome to our guest apartment located on the beautiful banks of the Sevre Nantes, in the charming town of Vertou, just a short 10-minute drive from downtown Nantes. With direct access to the "busway" and being only 5 minutes away from the Congress Center, our apartment offers a convenient and comfortable stay.The loft-style apartment spans 45m2 and features two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and a bathroom with a toilet. We provide bed linen and towels, as well as essential amenities such as salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, dish soap, and towels. You will also find a microwave, coffee maker, shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer, TV, and internet access in the apartment. To start your day right, breakfast is included during your stay.
If you prefer to dine in, we offer dinner upon request for an additional charge of 12 euros. We also provide car parking facilities, bicycles, and access to our garden for your convenience and enjoyment.
