Located in a tranquil and serene park spanning 3 hectares, the Lance farmhouse offers a peaceful retreat. The welcoming courtyard and cozy lounge with a fireplace are perfect for winter evenings. To ensure your comfort, a kettle is provided for hot beverages such as tea, herbal tea, and coffee.Each of our rooms has a unique character and a separate entrance. "La Truffière" boasts charming stone walls, massive beams, and terracotta floors. With a spacious area of 30 sqm, this room features a comfortable 160x200 bed, bedside tables, a wardrobe, a small seating area with a table and two chairs, and a flat screen TV. The bathroom is equipped with a large walk-in shower, a double vanity with storage, and a toilet. Additionally, you have direct access to a small terrace.
The "Lavender" room, spanning 33m², offers a delightful view of the courtyard and lavender fields. It includes a 160x200 bed, bedside tables, an antique bed that can be used as a sofa or accommodate a child, a wardrobe, and a desk with a chair. In a small room above, there is an additional bed for one person. The bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower, a sink with storage, and a toilet.
For those seeking rooms with exposed beams, the "Suite of the Spear" is a perfect choice. Accessible through the inner courtyard, you will first enter a private room with a sofa, table, recliner, and a flat screen television. To reach our destination, first, exit Highway of the Sun at exit 18 "Montelimar Sud". Then, follow the Valreas / Nyons (N7) direction for 2 kilometers. At the first and second roundabouts, continue following the signs for Grignan for approximately 18 kilometers. Afterwards, take the Taulignan / Dieulefit direction.
Proceed by circling around the medieval walls of Taulignan and continue towards Dieulefit (D 24). After about 2 kilometers, you will reach the Jard bridge over the LEZ. At the roundabout, take a left turn towards Dieulefit / RSS (D 538).
Continue along the D 538 for 2 kilometers. About 1 kilometer before the village of LA ROCHE SAINT SECRET, you will notice Le Mas on the left with blue shutters. The GPS coordinates for the location are Lat 44.46288, Lon 5.02110.
