These include a cozy restaurant/bar, a small supermarket, two bakeries, a pharmacy, a bank, and a reliable taxi service. Every Thursday morning, there is a lively fruit and vegetable market right in front of our charming Bed and Breakfast. Additionally, a fish market is held every Friday, providing guests with fresh and delicious seafood options.For your convenience, we also offer evening meals from our carefully curated menu. Our location is perfect for those seeking outdoor activities, as Saint Denis de Gastines offers a multitude of options such as fishing, canoeing, kayaking, and various hiking, horseback riding, and cycling trips.
We are conveniently situated just an hour and a half away from major ferry ports and airports in Caen, Dinard, and St Malo, which offer frequent flights within France and abroad. Whether you are traveling to the south of France, La Rochelle, Bordeaux, Biarritz, or even Spain and Portugal, our Bed and Breakfast serves as an ideal stop along your journey. Our peaceful courtyard provides a sunny and tranquil space to relax in the shade. The Loire region enjoys a pleasant and sunny climate during the summer, accompanied by a gentle breeze.
Finding us is a breeze, as we are located directly across from the village church, which can be seen from various parts of the village. Our Bed and Breakfast offers three comfortable guest rooms, all equipped with convenient washing facilities. Two of the rooms provide a lovely view of the church, while one offers a glimpse of the picturesque village and its surroundings in the heart of the Mayenne region.
