Welcome to our beautiful 4-star cottage, situated in the serene countryside just 15 minutes away from Besancon's city center. This charming apartment is located on the ground floor of a renovated old farmhouse, tastefully decorated to provide a cozy and inviting atmosphere.The cottage features an enclosed garden and a private wooded terrace of 40m2, perfect for enjoying the tranquility of the surroundings. Inside, you'll find a comfortable living space spanning 100m2, with three bedrooms (two doubles and two singles), a separate bathroom and toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious and friendly dining room.
Outside, the cottage boasts a lovely terrace with a garden, as well as an enclosed garden with swings and a slide for children. In the summer, you can also make use of the Weber charcoal barbecue. Parking is available on site for 2-3 vehicles.
We welcome families and groups, and pets are allowed free of charge. The cottage offers free WiFi and unlimited flat-screen TV for your entertainment. Additionally, we provide optional bed sheets for a small fee, as well as a highchair, changing mat, and two additional beds.
Conveniently located within 1km of shops, a pharmacy, and a post office, our cottage is ideal for families or groups visiting for various purposes, such as Eurovéloroute, orthopedic treatments, seminars, or training. For cyclists, we also offer secure bicycle storage, as we are proud to hold the Eurovéloroute label.
