"Welcome to our charming 3-star gite, conveniently located just 15 minutes away from the historic city center of Besancon. Perfect for small groups or families, our gite is situated on the first floor of a beautifully renovated old house in a peaceful countryside setting.Within 1 km, you will find a range of shops including a junction contact, post office, pharmacy, bakery, and hairdresser.
Our gite offers three tastefully decorated rooms, each providing maximum comfort for our guests. Enjoy unlimited free Wi-Fi and take advantage of our fully equipped kitchen, complete with a fridge, stove, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, food processor, bread machine, and all necessary dinnerware and cookware.
The spacious living room, spanning 35 m2, features a comfortable sofa, chairs, a table and chairs for 6 to 7 people, a flat screen TV, and TNT. The bathroom includes a shower and a washing machine, while a separate toilet adds convenience.
We opened our doors in April 2014 after a complete renovation, ensuring a fresh and pristine experience for our guests. Relax on the terrace with a table and high stools, and take advantage of our private and free parking on site, accommodating 2 to 3 vehicles.
For families with infants, we offer free baby equipment upon request, including a highchair and cot.
Our location is ideal for those visiting Micropolis Minjoz Johns Hospital, Hospital of Franche Comté, CFPPA, or simply looking for a delightful holiday experience. Whether you're staying for a week, a weekend, or any other duration (minimum 2 nights), we provide gas, water, and electricity at no additional cost.
If desired, we offer a cleaning service for an optional fee of 60 euros. Additionally, sheets are available for rent at 10 euros per bed. Our gite comfortably accommodates 2 double beds and 3 single beds, with 2 cots available upon request.
We welcome pets upon request, free of charge.
