The city of Guérande, known for its rich history and artistic heritage, is the perfect destination for exploring its medieval walk. Annex 43, located just 800 meters from the city center, offers a convenient and comfortable stay.Inside Annex 43, you will find a fully-equipped kitchen with a hob, fridge freezer, oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all necessary dishes and utensils. The living room features a cozy sofa, coffee table, and a television. There is also a dining area for enjoying meals.
The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable 160 bed, and the bathroom includes a spacious Italian shower, basin, and a hair dryer. Additionally, there is a separate toilet.
Outside, guests have access to a terrace and a garden equipped with garden furniture and deckchairs. A plancha is also available for outdoor cooking. For added convenience, there is a parking space and access to wifi.
Annex 43 is open year-round for weekend stays, overnight stays, and weekly rentals. Small pets are allowed with prior approval. During July and August, the minimum rental period is 7 nights, starting from Sunday. The property accepts holiday vouchers as well.

gîte accueillant, propre et bien équipé
Séjour en août 2016. Très bon accueil des propriétaires, gîte pratique (linge, meubles, vaisselle) et décoration agréable ! Seul bémol : la chambre avec vélux reste chaude la nuit (moustiques). Solution : dormir dans canapé du RdCh :-)

C'est toujours un plaisir de revenir, surtout pour l'excellent accueil de Serge & Franck. propreté des lieux & calme sont 2 atouts pour se reposer et il y en a d'autres.
