Buhala Lodge is a charming and luxurious five star colonial style lodge, featuring a thatch roof and located on the picturesque Southern banks of the Crocodile River. The lodge boasts a spacious outdoor veranda area, inviting guests to unwind and dine while taking in breathtaking views of the magnificent Kruger National Park and its abundant wildlife. In addition to the majestic members of the Big 5, our property is frequented by hippos, crocodiles, and various species of antelope.

Our accommodation comprises seventeen exquisitely furnished bedrooms, categorized into four types: Standard rooms, Kruger Park River rooms, Kruger Park Balcony rooms, and Elephant Garden suites. Each room is tastefully decorated and equipped with an en-suite bathroom and a delightful free standing shower.

As a family-owned and operated establishment, we prioritize the comfort and relaxation of our guests, while ensuring that every luxury is provided. The main building features a fully licensed restaurant and bar, renowned for its exceptional cuisine and extensive wine list showcasing the finest South African wines.
