Room for Rent:

This room for rent has a boat cabin style and is located right next to the bathroom. It offers a cozy atmosphere with a small sliding door that leads to a private garden. The room includes double glazing for added comfort. It is well-equipped with three types of lighting, a night table, two 220V outlets, an office and chair, door hangers, and coat hooks. Please note that there are three steps to enter the room, so it may not be suitable for disabled guests. Bed sheets and towels are provided, and there is WIFI available.

The shared spaces include an American kitchen that is fully equipped for you to use at any time. There is also a comfortable lounge area with a stove and a large TV screen for your entertainment. Outside, you will find a wooden deck with furniture, chairs, and a plancha. The bathroom features a wooden corner bath, and there is a separate ventilated toilet.

The rates for this room are $38 per night for one person (minimum stay of 2 nights), and $180 for a week from Monday to Friday (5 nights). For one-night stays, the rate is $42 for one person. Please note that the room is not suitable for long stays, as it is designed like a cabin on a spaceship. However, it may be suitable for short-term stays. The rate for two people is $45 per night.
