Facilities Usage:

During your stay, our family will provide you with 4 double rooms in the entire house, allowing you to have your own personal space and access to the shared bathroom. Additionally, our house offers two living rooms equipped with televisions, books, and videos that you are welcome to enjoy at your convenience. You will also have the opportunity to relax by the pool, explore the gardens, and take leisurely walks through the orchard or yard. Please note that the kitchen is not available for guest use, as we take care of preparing meals for our guests upon reservation. However, if you require the use of a refrigerator, please inform us.

Facility Amenities:

While staying with us, you can enjoy background music throughout the house. The bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer and complimentary amenities for your convenience. We also provide a TV room and a library filled with a variety of books and films.

Behavior Expectations:

We kindly request that you treat our house as if it were your own, ensuring its care and cleanliness. Smoking is not permitted indoors, but you are welcome to smoke outdoors. Additionally, we ask that you respect the other guests by avoiding any disruptive noise at inappropriate times.

Parking:

We provide free outdoor parking for our guests within the Villa area.

Airport Transfer:

Upon reservation, we offer airport transfers or transfers from the bus/train station to our B&B. Please inform us in advance of your flight details and estimated arrival time. The cost for this service is 60 euros per person, per way.

With fruit trees, an orchard, and a yard, we tend to the garden, clean the pool, gather fruits and vegetables, and care for our chickens. We also have a friendly pet parrot named Pollo, who may not be talkative but is always laughing. Our lunch is typically served at 2 p.m., and dinner at 9 p.m. You are welcome to join us for meals or enjoy your own dining arrangements. Occasionally, we host barbecues in the garden when friends visit.
