The apartment is located in a quiet residential area on the fourth floor with an elevator and intercom system. With a size of 80 m2, it offers a south-facing balcony and includes the following amenities:

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, extractor hood, toaster, electric kettle, juicer, food processor, blender, and various cookware and dishes. The living room also features a buffet dining area with a low, round table and four chairs, as well as a comfortable lounge area with two sofas, a coffee table, television with DVD player, and a library with a wide selection of books and games.

- A laundry area with a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board, and vacuum cleaner.

- A separate area with three bedrooms, a toilet, and a bathroom. The bedrooms are equipped with large wardrobes, and one of the rooms has a 140 cm bed, a lingerie wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a bedside table, and bedside lamps. This room can accommodate a baby cot if needed. Another room has a double bed, a large wardrobe, a dresser, a chair, and a lamp. The third room has a 90 cm bed, a large wardrobe, a bibus with five drawers, a bedside lamp, and a chair.

- The bathroom includes a bathtub and shower, a spacious cabinet with a large basin, a heated towel rail, a hair dryer, scales, and a laundry tub.

- The apartment also has a lovely south-facing balcony with a table and two chairs.

The apartment can be rented on a weekly, biweekly, weekend, or monthly basis, depending on the season. The rates are as follows: 300 per week in the low season, 350 per week in the mid season, and 400 per week in the high season. For weekend and monthly rentals, please contact us for rates.

Directions

When you reach the Montagne du Roule, make a left turn on Boulevard East, right at the border of Cherbourg. As soon as you pass the fire station, take the immediate left turn. Look for the second building called Residence L'Oree du Bois, which is located in the parking lot farthest from the road.
