The Maison de Velours underwent a complete renovation in 2004 and is now a charming guest house located in a peaceful street in the heart of Villeneuve sur Lot. This beautiful property is divided into five rooms, accommodating up to four people.

On the ground floor, you will find the Salle Bastide, which serves as a living room and includes a fully equipped kitchen. Additionally, there is a convenient laundry room and an inner courtyard adorned with lush plants.

Moving up to the first floor, there are two rooms available. The Choisy room is perfect for two guests and overlooks the tranquil courtyard. The Bastérou room, also ideal for two people, shares a communication door with Choisy and can be rented together or separately. Plaisance, a spacious room with a cozy sitting area, is located on the street side and can accommodate two guests.

On the second floor, you will discover the Gajac room, which offers comfortable accommodations for two people and boasts a street view. The Parasol room, also suitable for two to four guests, features a sitting area and overlooks the street. Like the previous floor, there is a communication door between these two rooms, allowing them to be rented together or separately. Finally, there is the Bourgade, a small attic room suited for one person. Please note that this room does not have a bath and can only be rented alongside another room.

Each room at the Maison de Velours boasts a cozy and personalized decor. They are equipped with twin or double beds, a bathroom with a stall shower, washbasin, and WC. Additionally, each room has a kitchenette with an electric stove, fridge, and sink, along with all the necessary crockery and utensils. For your comfort, air conditioning is provided in each room. Entertainment options include a TV and stereo/CD player. Other amenities include an intercom system and WiFi access.
