These apartments are situated in a charming historic building dating back approximately 140 years. In 2014, the building underwent a meticulous restoration process that aimed to maintain its original character and unique features. The renovations successfully preserved the beautiful pine floor boards, which measure around 5-7 meters in length and are 20 cm wide. Additionally, the high ceilings, intricately crafted plastered ceilings, and whitewashed walls were carefully retained. The restoration also ensured the preservation of the high skirting, solid wood doors, and wall coverings made of granite stone and solid wood. Even the interior staircase was restored using hardwood materials and adorned with white plastered ceilings. Rest assured, these apartments seamlessly blend the authenticity of the past with the modern comforts of today.
