This room consists of four distinct areas.First, there is a fully equipped kitchen that has been renovated and opens onto a terrace. It features a spacious work surface with a ceramic hob, a stainless steel sink, a mini oven, a microwave, a toaster, utensils, dishes, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, a fridge freezer, a washing machine, and a table with chairs.
Next, there is a separate bedroom that offers a comfortable 1m60 bed. It includes a wardrobe with mirrored sliding doors, two bedside tables, a console, internet and television access, and the option for air conditioning at an additional cost.
The bathroom has been renovated and includes a shower, an integrated sink and toilet unit, and an additional sink.
Lastly, there is a small terrace that overlooks the garden. It is furnished with outdoor seating and also provides parking space for a car.
