La Belladona is a spacious villa with a total surface area of 627 m², spread out over two floors. On the ground floor, the villa can accommodate up to 15 guests. The main rooms on this floor include a large entrance hall of 75 m² and a dining room that can seat up to 32 people. The fully-equipped kitchen is also quite spacious, with modern appliances such as a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, ceramic hobs, microwave ovens, and a refrigerator with freezer. The kitchen also has a separate eating area for 12 people. Additionally, there is a cellar of 25 m² with traditional wine racks accessible through the kitchen.

On the ground floor, there is a comfortable living room of 25 m² equipped with hi-fi, a 40'' flat screen TV, satellite, MP3 player, DVD player, and DivX player. There are three bathrooms on this floor, one of which is handicapped accessible.

The right-hand side of the entrance hall houses three bedrooms, each with different combinations of double and single beds. Two of these bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, and there is also a separate bathroom for the other bedroom.

Adjoining the main house is a large game room of 55 m², equipped with a foosball table, a pool table, and other games. This room also has refrigerators and a freezer, as well as a collection of old farming tools.

Outside, there is a stone veranda dining area and barbecue, with a large stone table and garden furniture for up to 32 people. Additionally, there is a separate outdoor WC located near the veranda.

On the upper floor, there are four bedrooms located on both sides of the landing. These bedrooms offer various combinations of double and single beds, and some have en suite bathrooms. There is also a second living room of 25 m² with a 32'' flat screen TV and a small library.
