It includes a sleeping area with a comfortable double bed (160), a kettle with a selection of tea or coffee, and wifi access. The suite also features a boudoir and a bathroom with a powerful shower, a hairdryer, and toiletries for personal care. Guests can relax on the private terrace, which provides direct access to the beautifully landscaped garden at the rear of the house.

The second room option, known as the House of Indlovu, offers a unique and original experience. Located on the first floor of the house, this room is designed to transport guests to distant places and bygone eras, igniting their imagination and sense of adventure. The decor and furnishings create a warm and cozy atmosphere, with a subtle homage to Nobel Laureate A. Schweitzer and the opportunity to visit the native village of Kaysersberg. Si vous passez par Matzenheim n'hésitez pas à faire escale dans cette charmante Maison d'hôtes, vous serez accueillis par Dominique et Sacha d'une manière exceptionnelle, la gentillesse de Dominique, son savoir faire, son professionnalisme, la décoration du lieu tout est parfait, les petits déjeuners " gargantuesques", la table d'hôtes excellente, raffinées, avec ses spécialités alsaciennes, vous aurez également le plaisir de rencontrer Sacha, très attachant personnage
Alors pour toutes ces raisons nous voulons encore dire un grand merci à Dominique et nous ne manquerons pas de revenir !!

Dominique est un homme charmant et attentionné et sa maison, un vrai petit nid douillet. La Suite est vraiment top : on a d'ailleurs dormi comme des loires ! Bref, une excellente adresse que nous recommandons à tous d'autant que nous y reviendrons !

Directions

The house can be found at No. 28 Rue du Chanoine E.Mertian, situated on the main road that leads to the municipalities of SAND and BENFELD from STRASBOURG. It is strongly influenced by the traditional Alsatian style. It is easy to locate even without a GPS.

If you are coming from STRASBOURG, take the A35 towards ERSTEIN. After passing through ERSTEIN, take the first right exit towards MATZENHEIM. Once in the village, continue straight until you reach a slight curve on the right. The house will be a few meters away on your right side.

If you are coming from Mulhouse or Colmar, head towards BENFELD and take the first right exit towards MATZENHEIM. After entering the village, drive for about 250m and you will spot the house on your left, near a crucifix and a traffic light just before making a left turn.

Parking can be done in front of the house or in designated spots along the street.
