The rooms and junior suites have recently been renovated inside an old farmhouse, allowing guests to experience the cozy atmosphere of the Umbrian hills. These accommodations are adorned with a combination of period furniture and contemporary frames created by Stefania Fior. Each room is equipped with a bathroom and heating for ultimate comfort. The original structure of the farmhouse has been preserved, showcasing the charming old wooden beams and a spacious terrace accessed through a grand external door. Surrounding the house is a vast garden filled with trees, and hidden within the woods, meadows, and olive groves lies a refreshing pool. Additionally, a small river is situated just over 400 meters away, nestled within the breathtaking hills.

The breakfast room, located on the ground floor, offers a delightful buffet by the fireplace. Here, guests can indulge in homemade cakes and traditional recipes passed down from our grandmothers. Accompanying these delicious treats are our very own jams, made with fruit from our carefully tended trees grown without the use of pesticides and with natural fertilizer. Guests can savor these delights by spreading them on the typical Umbrian white bread or rye bread baked fresh in our ovens. Fresh seasonal fruit is also available, along with coffee and milk, ensuring a satisfying and wholesome start to the day.
