Gite Description:Welcome to our charming studio located 25 km from Paris, in a truly exceptional setting on the edge of the enchanting Montmorency Forest.
There are plenty of activities to enjoy during your stay, including tourist visits, excursions, mountain biking, horseback riding, and tennis. Access to Paris is convenient with public transportation (train) or via the A15 motorway, only 29 minutes away.
Just 5 km away, you'll find the renowned village of Auvers-sur-Oise, famous for its association with the works of VAN GOGH. And not far from there is Giverny, the village that inspired many American painters.
For those traveling by air, a shuttle service to Roissy Airport (Charles De Gaulle) is conveniently located nearby.
Our studio is accessed via a separate staircase, independent of our main house, and is situated on a spacious 1800 m² property.
The studio itself covers an area of 30 m² and features:
- A main room with comfortable beds for 2 adults and the possibility to accommodate 2 children
- A well-equipped kitchenette
- A separate room with a shower and toilet
Additional amenities include a refrigerator, hotplate, microwave, vacuum cleaner, television, DVD player, and internet access.

We invite you to stay in our charming studio, situated in an exceptional location on the outskirts of the Montmorency Forest, just 25 km from Paris.There are plenty of activities to enjoy in the area, including tourist visits, excursions, mountain biking, horse riding, and tennis. The famous village of Auvers-sur-Oise, known for its association with Vincent van Gogh's works, is only 5 km away. Giverny, the village of the American painters, is also within easy reach.
For your convenience, there is a shuttle service available to Roissy airport (Charles de Gaulle) nearby.
Our studio, which is separate from our main house and located on a 1800 m² plot of land, can be accessed via a staircase. It offers a comfortable living space of 30 m², including a main room with beds for 2 adults and the possibility of accommodating 2 children, a kitchenette, and a separate room with a shower and toilet.
The studio is equipped with all the necessary amenities, such as a refrigerator, hotplate, microwave, vacuum cleaner, television, DVD player, and internet access.

Directions
There is a shuttle bus stop in the nearby village of Frépillon (line 95.18) that provides a direct connection from Roissy. BESSANCOURt can be reached from Paris via public transport, either by taking the train from "gare du Nord" station to either "Bessancourt" or Frépillon stations, or by taking a bus from "Cergy-Pontoise". Alternatively, you can drive to BESSANCOURt using the A15 or A115 motorways, which will take approximately 29 minutes from Paris. If you are coming from the north, you can take the A1 or A16 motorways.
